3 of my 5-star reviews that made me tear up
Whether positive or negative, reviews tell a story. They give people on the outside looking in, a deeper insight into the inner workings of a company and whether they should work with them or not. My goal is to understand the needs of my clients and help them find the home that best fits their situation or if they are selling, assure them that they are accepting the right offer. Yes, you read the title correctly. I teared up after reading these reviews.
One of my most memorable reviews is from a woman who happened to live right in my neighborhood (and yes, I still keep in contact with all of my clients).
She’s a sweet person and was a homeowner before, but was renting for quite some time. All the stars aligned for her during the summer of 2021, and she was ready to become a homeowner once again. She told me that her next home would be her forever home, and I took that as a challenge.
After she got the news that she had the clear to close, she called me with her voice full of excitement and said, “Aaron, I’m a homeowner!”. Below is the glowing review she gave me:
“He did what I asked him to do. Actually, he did more, explained in detail what was happening, good natured, calm, took my calls or texts anytime I would contact him. He works well under pressure and kept me calm. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home.”
I worked with a couple that wanted to sell their rental home after figuring out that being a landlord was not for them. This was a referral from a previous client, so they heard of my previous rave review, but I still had to deliver with my new clients. Their review is below.
“Aaron, we want you to know how much we appreciate you as a professional, but more importantly, as a person. You made the process of selling our home a very positive experience. We were impressed with you from start to finish. We want Keller Williams to know just how incredibly satisfied we were with you as our Agent. Thanks again for everything.”
My last 5-star review client story was a bit different from the previous two, but I still got the job done. This was the home she grew up in and wanted to take things slow before she eventually hired me, and I don’t blame her. If it was the home I grew up in, I would weigh all my options too before I hired a realtor. It was only her parents’ largest investment.
“It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Everett, I felt very comfortable talking to him, and that’s what matters to me, being able to ask all type of questions and not feel uncomfortable in doing so. He was always available. I will definitely recommend him to my friends.”
